ROSLIN MEDICAL PRACTICE

NEW PHONE SYSTEM

We are improving our phone system.  In order to do this there may be some disruption to the lines on Wednesday 21st August when we will be switched over to our new provider.  This will be kept to a minimum.

We hope you see an improvement with the introduction of a call queuing system.

Practice Manager

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Reception

The reception desk is open during the following hours:

Monday – Friday 8:30am–6:00pm for making appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions and other routine matters. The reception is also open by phone only for emergencies between 8:00–8:30am.
