We are improving our phone system.  In order to do this there may be some disruption to the lines on Wednesday 21st August when we will be switched over to our new provider.  This will be kept to a minimum.

We hope you see an improvement with the introduction of a call queuing system.

If you are unhappy or have a complaint about any aspect of the care you have received from us, please write to or speak to our Practice Manager. The Practice operates the standard NHS practice based complaints procedure in such circumstances. An Information Leaflet is available from reception.
